Gibbins Park is a neighborhood park with a playground, walking trail, benches, exercise equipment, and picnic tables.
The trail runs around the perimeter of the playground and has several benches. The playground has mulch ground and shades over some of the equipment, however the swings are not shaded. The playground has two play sets. One is very tall and there are various levels for different kids to enjoy. There is also another small playground close to the elementary school that is used by the kids during the day.
This park has a lot of open green space for activities. There are soccer goals as well as a practice field.
Be aware that there is not a restroom available at this park.
Fountains are turned off in late November/early December and turned back on in late March/early April to prevent serious freeze damage.
